Hi. I'm Brittany Strebeck and I love photography. That's why this website is here, and probably why you're here. (Either that, or you're really lost/bored, which is still cool).

I'm so glad you are here checkin' out some of mis fotos. My hope is that you enjoy yourself, whether you are looking for someone to capture the intimate and important moments in your life or just surfin the net for fun. I do what I do because I love capturing the emotions of everyday life, so it's my hope that you enjoy getting a little glimpse of the happiness in other peoples' lives...

... because I know I do. I really consider it a privilege to document the special days of special people - whether it's graduating from high school or marrying the love of your life, it's all so exciting and I love being the little fly on the wall who gets to document it all (I also love rhyming. With perfect timing.).

So, about me. Well, I'm a proud alum of Texas Tech University, where I earned my degree in Photocommunications. Initially, I wanted to focus primarily on photojournalism, so I spent time on the photo staffs of the Indiana Baptist Convention, the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, and a few other periodicals in pursuit of a career in photojournalism. However, when I realized that unique events like weddings, graduations, family portraits, etc. could be approached from the perspective of a photojournalist, I knew I'd found a way to capture life in a truly authentic way. Two of my great passions are capturing life in photo form and loving people, and I am blessed to know that what I do combines those two passions.

But there is more to me than just photography! I love Jesus. A lot. And I'm married to a smokin' hot, amazing man of God, who is the official Do-Everything-Behind-The-Scenes/Business Manager/Resident Ninja of Brittany Strebeck Photography. We're members of Redeemer Church here in Lubbock and we absolutely love it. Talk about a fun life!
